— 1 · The Locked Call

Teva's FY2026 consolidated revenue is at least USD 16.0bn — P = 0.92.

We lock a binary: Teva's reported consolidated revenue for full-year 2026 is USD 16.0bn or higher. Confidence 92%.

Guidance was raised to USD 16.5-16.8bn. Our threshold sits USD 500m, about 3%, below the floor of that range.

— 2 · A generics business with an innovative engine bolted on

The innovative portfolio grew 43%. That is what changed the trajectory.

Teva is still, by volume, one of the world's largest generic drug makers, and generics is a business of steady price erosion where growth has to be bought with volume. What lifted this guide is the other half: an innovative portfolio that grew 43% year on year, led by AUSTEDO at USD 676m in the quarter, AJOVY at USD 244m and UZEDY at USD 77m.

That mix matters for forecastability. The generics base is inertial and predictable, declining slowly and without surprises. The innovative products are the growth, and they are branded, patent-protected and guided individually — Teva now publishes separate full-year ranges for AUSTEDO, UZEDY and AJOVY, which is unusual disclosure and makes the top line easier to check rather than harder.

The residual 8% is generics pricing and litigation. Accelerated erosion in the base can outrun innovative growth, and Teva carries a long history of legal and regulatory exposure that has moved its numbers before.

— 3 · Israel had no lock at all

264 predictions across a dozen countries, and none here.

We grepped the scorecard for Israeli corporates before building and found zero. Teva is the natural entry: it is Israel's largest listed company by revenue, it reports to US standards on a NYSE listing, and it guides explicitly enough that a threshold can be set against something the company itself published rather than against an estimate.

One candidate was dropped from this tranche to avoid the opposite failure. Prosus was scouted as a first South African-linked lock, but its material blurs a fiscal year that has already ended with forward guidance, and we could not establish which year the target belonged to. Guessing the fiscal year to keep a country on the list would have been fabrication dressed as coverage. South Africa stays uncovered until the data is clear.

Binary: YES if reported FY2026 consolidated REVENUE is USD 16.0bn or greater; NO if below. Total consolidated revenue — NOT any single product line, each of which is guided separately (AUSTEDO USD 2.45-2.6bn, UZEDY USD 270-290m, AJOVY USD 850-870m), NOT the innovative portfolio in isolation, NOT adjusted EBITDA, and NOT non-GAAP revenue if a separate figure is presented.

Guidance was RAISED by USD 75m at the midpoint. The threshold sits USD 500m below the bottom of the raised range.
