91% probability Jubilant FoodWorks ends FY2027 with at least 2,670 Domino's India stores. It began the year at 2,455 and reached 2,601 by 30 September; the lock needs 69 net additions in the second half.
Jubilant FoodWorks' Q2 FY27 business update reported Domino's India added 88 new stores, ending the quarter with 2,601 stores. The FY26 earnings presentation shows 2,455 Domino's India stores at the end of FY26, and management said on the Q4 FY26 call it would open about 230 to 250 restaurants this year.
We lock a binary: Jubilant FoodWorks' Domino's India store count at 31 March 2027, as published in its business update, is 2,670 or more. Confidence 91%.
That is a net addition of 215 for the year, about 6.5% below the 230 at the low end of management's stated pace.
The network was 2,455 at the end of FY2026, 2,513 after the first quarter and 2,601 after the second: 146 net additions in the half. Reaching 2,670 needs 69 more over two quarters, fewer than the 88 added in the second quarter alone.
The guidance is a spoken phrase, not a published range, and it does not say whether 230-250 means gross or net openings. The lock names the NET count, so closures count against it, which is the stricter reading and the right one.
This series already holds store-count locks on Avenue Supermarts (P-320), Trent (P-333) and CP All's 7-Eleven Thailand (P-345). Two of those share this one's exposure to Indian urban consumer demand, disclosed here. A store count is a management decision with no price exposure, which is why the format recurs.
Only the Domino's India line is locked. Jubilant's group network totals do not reconcile cleanly across its documents after a business was reclassified as discontinued, so the group count is deliberately excluded.
