Aryans World Sports Academy develops athletes across multiple disciplines in India — combining structured coaching, training pathways, and a long-term athlete-development philosophy.
Physical literacy, made provable. Aryans World is a deliberately focused, four-discipline coaching house — not a marketplace of freelance coaches, and not a single-sport club. It runs four disciplines to one standard, protects every child like its own, and reports what it delivers — because a programme that cannot be measured cannot be trusted.
THE FOUNDER
Ajay Dalal
FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
Ajay Dalal founded Aryans World and still runs the floor himself. A Commonwealth Taekwondo Championship gold medallist and a Team India competitor at the 2017 World University Games in Taipei, he built the academy on a single conviction: talent is everywhere in India, and the structure to develop it is not.

Taekwondo
The founder's own discipline and the pillar of focus. White-to-black-belt progression from stance and balance through poomsae to controlled sparring on electronic scoring, on a competition-grade pathway.
THE METHOD
A complete programme delivered inside the institution, with zero capital cost to the partner. The academy brings the coaches, tournament-grade equipment, insurance, safety governance, the assessment system and the reporting; the partner provides the space and the timetable. Because Aryans owns the whole stack, there is one partner to measure and one to hold responsible.

THE ARYANS FITNESS INDEX
A termly, per-child composite score across the dimensions the four disciplines develop. Baseline at term start, coached intervention, re-test at term end: every child gets an individual report card, and the institution gets a cohort roll-up. A photograph proves an event happened; the Index proves a child changed.
