Personal Decision Intelligence · Questionnaire Consent
Before you start the questionnaire.
The questionnaire takes ~5 minutes and feeds aggregate behaviour models for Personal Decision Intelligence — the structured decision-support layer for high-value personal choices. We may extend a thank-you credit toward a future Brief commission for substantive submissions — the contact form acknowledges the credit individually. Read what we collect, what we do not, and your rights below before proceeding.
DPDP § 6 disclosure — consent IS recorded on this page. When you submit the form below, RAOSCAFF stores the disclosure version, a session identifier, the timestamp, the consents you granted, and a privacy-preserving hash of your IP. You receive a case reference you can use to query or withdraw your record. The questionnaire intake form opens after consent is recorded.
